Forrest Yoga | 4 Week Block | March 2020 | Lenzie


This Forrest Yoga class for Lenzie will run as a 4wk block, starting on Thursday 5th March 2020.  This block will continue to develop a strong Forrest Yoga practice, where you will build on the basic moves of Forrest Yoga, solidifying a good foundation in the practice. There will be a strong emphasis on deep, conscious breathing, engaging the core, building strength and awakening all the senses. Forrest Yoga asks you to dig deep and find strength from within.

This block is suitable for complete beginners to yoga, those new to Forrest Yoga and those wanting to deepen their own practice.
