Tuesday Morning | Gentle Yoga and Movement Class | 2 Week July Block


This will be a 45min gentle yoga and movement class.  Joslyn will begin each class focussing on the breath, then move onto gentle stretching and yoga poses before finishing with a lovely relaxation. There will be the option to do the majority of the poses on a chair or variations offered.

This class is suitable for those wanting to move their body and improve flexibility, build strength, improve balance and keep up their mobility whilst keeping their mind sharp.

Can I please ask that you only bring essential personal items to class.  

A limited number of car parking is available in the church grounds or in the car parking spaces on the road directly outside.
